From the Emmy Award nominated show on Discovery Kids! A "Parents Choice Approved Winner for 2007!" Hip Hop Harry is an Emmy nominated music & dance based live action program designed to entertain, educate, and inform children in the 2 to 6 year old age group. The program airs weekday mornings on Discovery Kids & TLC’s Ready Set Learn block. The major entertainment and educational areas that form the curriculum for this program include experiences and activities related to (a) social / emotional skills, (b) cognitive / educational skills, (c) physical / health skills, and (d) artistic / creative skills. The core approach utilized for providing the children with the educational, informational, and creative experiences contained in these four areas are the positive and age appropriate use of the popular music and dance form known as HIP HOP. Hip Hop Harry’s Live Show is family fun at its best! The show features original rap-a-long songs with educational, & positive messages. Hip Hop Harry is accompanied on stage by The Hip Hop Harry Dance Crew, a dynamic group of acrobatic and inspiring break dancers that get the whole crowd moving!
