ACTUAL VS. VIRTUAL: THE RIFF-OFFGH06 champ Trey Alexander will riff off against a Guitar Hero game expert in an “Actual vs. Virtual Guitar” battle on the feverishly anticipated, not-yet-released Guitar Hero III game by Activision/Red Octane. This is the first-ever guitarist/gamer clash, as well one of the first previews of the GHIII game. Presenting partner Activision will be on hand with demo kiosks of the soon-to-be-released Guitar Hero™ III: Legends of Rock video game presented on the Xbox 360 entertainment system. Your emcee for the evening will be Brandon Small, master shredder and co-creator of Adult Swim's METALOCALYPSE. Guest judges include JOE SATRIANI, ELLIOT EASTON of The Cars, prog-rock icon GREG HOWE, Grammy award-winner STEVE LUKATHER, Shrapnel Records’ own MIKE VARNEY, and guitar virtuoso NUNO BETTENCOURT.
