The Gluey Brothers oozed out of Santa Fe, New Mexico with three-ring theatrics and the swagger of the Beastie Boys.”
CNN (August 10, 2000)

Just how does one describe the Gluey Brothers? Imagine the Beastie Boys with some of George Clinton’s funk thrown in, a dash of Devo and all of Beck’s style, and you just might grasp a little of who they are. Originally from Los Angeles, now living in Sante Fe, these childhood friends are a train wreck of gaudy fashions that know how to keep a crowd’s attention for as long as they like. This extremely loony and ultimately infectious band reminds us just how serious it all isn’t. Always a spectacle and never a disappointment, you have to see the Gluey Brothers to believe them… and even then, you might not.
