The
Bouncing Souls are dedicated to the art of living and living to them
is punk rock. Not the smelly toilet stall, heroin addicted punk rock, but
the punk rock which is a celebration of youth and individuality. Never having
burdened themselves with the hang-ups of having to fit a specific mold,
it seems only natural that the Souls latest release, "How
I Spent My Summer Vacation," would not only represent some of
the bands hardest material but their catchiest as well. Their new album
incorporates the usual high-octane punk rock punch, tempered with the bands
amazing wit and song craft savvy. Through out the album the themes of joy
and belief repeat themselves, illustrating that feeling of true freedom
that can only be found in punk rock. |
